When I try to add attachment in gmail I get Failed message.

When I try to attach a file in gmail I get ATTACHMENT FAILED message. It works in other browsers such as chrome.

Windows home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender? If pro, you should have Windows Sandbox enabled for testing. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/

Neither of these solutions worked.

I've had this issue all week. I have repaired Firefox, uninstalled Firefox, rebooted the system, and reinstalled, and I have attempted to clear the cache and used Troubleshoot Mode. The problem recurred.

Please advise.
