About downloading offline translation packs
The offline package download speed is too slow and sometimes fails. I hope it can be provided separately, like interface language packs, just as Debian has separate interface language packs.

The problem is that I cannot download the offline translation package, which is mainly related to the network. I hope Firefox can provide the offline package at https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/, where I can successfully download it.
