It tells me to select preferences from drop-down. Preferences is not an option shown on dropdown

Hi, is this problem on a Mac or on an iPhone/iPad? Their menus can be very different. On Mac: You could also tap the menu button at the right end of the address bar and look for Settings (whether you see Preferences or Settings seems to vary based on your Mac OS version). You also could disable Tracking Protection on the Zoom site. While on the page, click the shield icon (just to the left of the lock icon) at the left end of the address bar. Click the slider switch to turn off Tracking Protection on the site. Any progress so far? On iOS: Usually the Zoom link is transferred to the Zoom app rather than running in a browser. Is that not happening on your iPhone/iPad?
