Netflix does not work

Netflix says I need the the latest version of firefox. At the top of the screen it says "Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later"

As far as I can tell nothing is installing and I need to actually do something to resolve this issue. Unfortunately I don't know what. Please help me resolve this issue.

Widevine CDM needs to be downloaded for Netflix. Check if you have it in menu ≡ -> Extensions & Themes -> Plugins.

Check also the value of media.gmp-widevinecdm.lastDownloadFailReason preference in about:config.

All I found when I searched for "Widevine CDM" was "Widevine L3 Decrypter" and that seems to be something else

Edit: sorry I found it now

I have this same problem. The posted solution DOES NOT WORK for Linux on ARM. Why isn't this functionality built into Firefox for Linux on ARM like it is in every other version of Firefox?
