Cannot receive emails. The mail before here was received? It suddenly stopped with receiving mail? Is the account blokked for incoming mail? Are you receiving some email but not others?

Hello,

My server configuration apparently has changed and I'm not receiving emails with Thunderbird. The emails are received on my android phone but not in my PC. I try reconfiguring the server but it still says "host contacted sending login information" but nothing happens. I'm using office 365 ( as per Godaddy imposition)

Can someone help, please?
