Taskbar overlapping with Firefox and other titlebar-less programs

The bottom portion of the taskbar is overlapped by the program below, this only seems to happen when there is no titlebar, ie if I go to Firefox -> Customize and select Title Bar then it doesn't overlap, but it doesn't solve the problem because I don't want a title bar showing. Is there a fix for this?
