How do I block VIDEOS from autoplaying period? Not just muted.

Prior to 66, you set media.autoplay.default to 1 and media.autoplay.enabled to false and viola... no more autoplaying videos. Now, I have selected the "Block websites from automatically playing sound" preference and sure... the videos no longer autoplay at full volume, but I don't want the freaking things to play at all! How do I get this back to the way it was prior to the "update"?
