gmail setup.... can't proceed past accept privacy policy page.. Allow button greyed out
setting up gmail account, all ok, but the last step on permissions cannot get past... see attached screenshot... allow button cannot be pressed..

What browser are you using? That window look just plain ugly and hard to follow. I see just that windows daily for my calendar and while the information is the same the layout is completely different.
As there is a cookie being exchanged. (euphemistically refered to in the oAuth2.0 as a token) Have you disabled them for Thunderbird.
