How do I reset a password remember exception on Firefox for Android?
I know on desktop android I can Tools>Options>Security>Exceptions, but I can't find anything in Firefox for Android, and
Is there a way to remove a website after clicking 'never' for the password remember question?

You can go to the page settings in Firefox for Android.
- Tap on the three dot menu
- Tap on "Page"
- Select "Edit Site Settings"
If there is nothing listed there, it is possible to edit individual auto fill password entries with this add on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/andr.../mobile-password-manager/

UPDATE: This item has moved!
Instead of using the menu, tap the site icon (favicon) in the address bar. This should display a floating panel with a link to Edit Site Settings.
