How do I sort through FF Cache to find the right web history that I need to retrieve for a certain date?

I need to retrieve browser history from May 15, 2015, to show that I was logged into a certain website and its pages at a certain time.

I have tried looking through my FF profiles and Old FF Data files, but have not found any from that date. Are they still retrievable?

Is there a faster way to sort through the FF Cache than having to scroll through everything? Can I search by website title or date, etc to narrow down my search?

I am not very familiar with using these tools, so any additional assistance is greatly appreciated! :)
