I have the same problem as well. I just tried using Internet Explorer 8 (blech) and it was able to open the site just fine. I've already tried clearing out my browser's cache and deleting the cookies that bestbuy.com had set but no dice. I even tried setting my user agent to appear as Internet Explorer and that didn't do anything either. Weird issue.
