Your going to have to search online Javascript on Smartphone to see how or what to do to get this setup as there doesn't seem to be from my search any Firefox FAQ on how to do this but only outside sources that gives instructions for this.

Firefox comes with JavaScript built-in, so only an extension can block this or possibly Enhanced Tracking Protection.
