Retrieve deleted internet browsing history

The last nine days browsing history was accidentally deleted early this morning. I have not refreshed recently in Firefox. System restore will not work in this instance as a restore occurred after the history was deleted and the previous restore was 26th September. I do not have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on my desktop. I know the browsing history will be located in the file places.sqlite within my profile but any suggestions on the best way to go about retrieving my deleted browsing history will be much appreciated.

I accidentally deleted the browsing history for October on 9 October. I am unable to retrieve this history using restore as my previous restore was 26 September. Any further detailed suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
