Recently, (1 month ago) migrated my Thunderbird mail profile to a newly created Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I have been plagued by finding that a large number of my old emails have been duplicated in their respective folders. Many have dropped the sender's name. Now that I have expended many hours, cleaning this up, I would really like to learn what I have done to cause this. I successfully moved my mail profiles in previous situation but always to the same Ubuntu version. Thanks, James
