I often use websites like Rabb.it and Google Hangouts to video chat with friends. Recently, when I tried to video chat on either of these websites, the camera light was on, but no image was displayed on my screen and the person I was trying to chat with could not see me. I was unable to get the microphone to work on Rabb.it but I was able to get it to work on Google Hangouts. I checked and I have enabled permissions for both websites to use my web camera and microphone. I checked the privacy settings on Windows 10 and all apps are able to use the web camera. I went onto internet explorer and logged into these websites and the camera and microphone both work with that browser on Google Hangouts, which makes me think that the problem is with Firefox. If any one could help me trouble shoot this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Step by step instructions would be helpful as well since I am not especially tech savvy. Thank you!
