Firefox chooses wrong item from list
My mutual fund company, Fidelity, updated its customer website. Now, on the transfer menu, where I choose which accounts to transfer from and to, Firefox or the website chooses the item above the one I highlight. I've repeated this behavior a number of times. Fidelity's support person claims it doesn't happen to him. I cleared the history, etc. This doesn't happen in Opera. It's not a big deal because I pay attention and choose the one beneath the one I want, but it annoys me.

Try to set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.0 (default is -1) on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
Thanks, but this made no difference.
I just tried on a Windows computer, and it works properly.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
Starting in safe mode made no difference. I always use the default theme.
I needed to transfer into the bottom item on the list. Instead of switching to Opera I moved the highlight with the cursor keys, which worked.
