The latest FireFox mobile app on the latest ios does not synch bookmarks anymore. The sync is ON, on all of my devices and also on my desktop computer and the bookmarks sync is turned on where I've installed FireFox. In the past, when I used to bookmark a page on any of my mobile devices, it created a folder called Mobile Bookmarks and added the bookmarks to this folder, then on my desktop, in the bookmark manager, I'd copy them from Mobile Bookmarks folder to the Bookmark Menu folder and the Mobile Bookmarks folder would automatically disappear once it was emptied out.

As of the latest update, the bookmarks on my ios devices just get dumped into the FireFox blank tab workspace. Is this supposed to be a new intended bad design or mishap or annoying feature just creating more work for us?

Also, the Home button at the top of the page, next to the URL bar, has disappeared and it was a major convenience because instead of closing a tab and reopening a new one, I could just press the home button to clear the current tab and start anew. I guess another bad redesign where a developer or ui/ux designer thought it was a useless feature? It was a very useful feature and I see tons of requests on your website to put it back.

I used to browse on Firefox on my iPhone, and when I wanted to delve into a tiny page I would send it to my computer's Firefox. That capability seems to have gone away. Is there still a way to do that? I have tried turning Desktop Site on but that doesn't seem to do anything. Help!

I have relied on Lo Wise for years have all of my passwords scored on it however, as of late my account says there is no passwords for my account even though everything is synced from computer and phone and Firefox and is up-to-date please help

Firefox on iOS states "No saved passwords" despite my desktop having all passwords and sync turned on. Turning off sync, signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstall, all did not resolve the issue.

Any help appreciated

How is it that when I try to sync my Firefox app on computers and phone the instructions do not lead where they say, then asks for Gmail or Google log in then tells me my passwords are protected with a number code or Face ID - which I never did or authorized. Could use some help with the cray triangulation.

Hello, I have Firefox installed on my pc which is running Windows 11 pro. I also have it installed on my iPhone 16 pro max, m4 iPad pro, MacBook Air & Android tablet. I recently deduplicated my bookmarks on my pc but the change never synced to any of my other devices. I tried signing out of my account on my phone earilier today, by disconnecting & reestablishing sync but it did not help. What might I try to rectify this situation? Please note: I am visually impaired, so If images must be posted, please insure you include alt text.

The Firefox browser I was using failed to back up the synchronization data of the domestic version due to negligence in reinstalling the new version. Starting from May 24th, after logging into the domestic version account, data synchronization cannot be achieved. (Currently, all downloads automatically redirect to the international version, and the login account is also the international version account. However, the domestic version data was not backed up before, and it is necessary to log in to the domestic version again to back up the data.) . Is there any expert who can offer a solution? I tried send link to device to device for the first time today from my Firefox for desktop to my iPad. Both devices are synced to the same Firefox account and currently signed in. I get a "Sent" pop-up notification after I do the Send on the desktop web browser, but there is no notification of any kind on the iPad.

My searches for this on the web, and on this site, show me only the 'how to send' steps, and I see nothing that is 'where to look for received links'. What should I expect to see on the iOS device when I do this send?

After a recent apple update,the app Password was created on my phone. It does not appear to be syncing with Firefox password in this Password app. It appears the Password app has replace Keyword in my apple settings which was working and synced with my Firefox. Any suggestions?

A couple of months ago I started having a bunch of issues with the iOS app simultaneously. First I couldn't get my tabs to sync. Then I signed out and had a hard time signing back in-- it just wouldn't work. Now I am finally signed in, but the app isn't working like it used to. I haven't been able to sync tabs since then now matter how many times I try. It still shows tabs for stuff I read months ago. I can't send tabs from desktop to my phone (but I can send from my phone to desktop with no issues). Finally, the tabs are all weird now-- they are huge (see pic).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 20 or 30 times. I'm considering going back to Safari because the main reason I use Firefox is for phone/desktop connectivity and it just isn't working anymore. Any ideas?

It seems I have been logged out of Sync just now with no reason and I have already tried to log in using email just about 5 or 6 times, but always as I enter code from email I end up with the message on screenshot («Something get wrong...»). I was able to successfully log in through web portal but this does not help as I need to look up my Synchronized tabs. I am currently out of home — that's why I can't use QR code...

How to fix this issue?

I am ready to experience several inconveniences due to relatively small user base and undefinancing of development, but gosh, this is really too much.

Hi there My iPhone has over 50 bookmarks and passwords saved on Firefox. I used the iPad to log on Firefox and started sync between the two devices. After 3 mins, the password page of the two devices showed “No passwords found”!

Would you please advise how I could retrieve my passwords ? Thank you so much
