When I login to this website, everything displays properly except that where the camera feed is supposed to be there's only a white square.

Download Windows Media Player plugin for Firefox from http://interoplabs.blob.core.windows.net/wmpff/wmpfirefoxplugin.exe

Install it and restart Firefox.
