Whyis it when I stream a movie to watch it keeps stopping and buffering starts again, every 20-40 seconds?

once I'm on the web page of the site where i want to watch a , it says connecting to media, then buffering starts. The movie starts for only a few seconds, then that darn buffering starts again. And then when the movie dose starts, only the audio is running, the video part gets stuck like a frozen frame...????? Driving me CRAZY.... HELP PLEASE
