franciswwhite, if you search settings for "fill" (without quotes) does this locate the desired settings under either the "Passwords" or "Autofill" sections?

You can set this pref to 'on' in about:config.

  • about:config => extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported => "on"

You can open about:config via the location/address bar. On the warning page, click "Accept the Risk and Continue" to open about:config.
