bp-cac6787b-d36b-458b-96de-f8b0b0190503 The browser crashes while loading a page when visiting sites. Youtube and twitter sites on start-up and other sites when browsing through them, even on the Mozilla help/support pages. Tried all the solutions as suggested on the help-pages, de-installed Firefox, peformed new installation and a new profile. No improvement, still crashes. One oddity in the crash report; "CPU Info-warning: family 20 model 2 stepping 0 ". The crash-problem started a few weeks back, before it worked good for years. No changes in the hardware or software are done on my behalf and everything is kept automatically up-to-date. Any advice or direcions to a solution are really appreciated. Thanks in advance, Dionysius

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you for the swift response.

The Firefox browser seems to be functioning correct for now. Started up today and got nofifications about the disabbled add-on's. Browser works fine now, i can make use of email, do my finances and access any other public website without any crashes. About the [Certificate issue causing add-ons to be disabled or fail to install], i wil wait for the solution / general fix that's being worked on. As a reply on the given solutons; -the crashes also occured in Safe-mode.(followed all other instructions in the help-pages at first.) -the issue {Sumo's Related Bugs 1485425 Crash in ComputeCrc32 in dwrite.dll }, i will investigate this further after a fix for the add-on's issue.

Thank you, best regards, Dionysius
