I encountered a Problem since the last update. When watching a Video on Youtube, the Playback is flashing, especially on green and red colors. I did see some People mention a similar issue years ago, so I followed the same troubleshooting by disabling Hardware acceleration and all extension. The Issue keeps persisting I am browsing on a M1 Macbook Air - no other Browser on my System has that issue. Here is an example with Screengrab https://imgur.com/a/EFrzzAD

I have always had the default settings when it came to the color of unvisited links (blue) and visisted links (purple) but now every single link appears purple regardless of what color I change either of them to. I have cleared my history, turned off all extensions, and reinstalled firefox but I am still having the issue.

Copy and Paste does not work in Outlook using the mouse. I have to copy and the go to edit and paste from there. This is new problem. I opened safari and the function works with that browser but I like Firefox. please give me a fix.

This is one of my favorite website in Arabic and I've no problem browsing this site on Edge, Safari and chrome only in Firefox it behave like this (see Image) and explanation or fix please

I have read many threads with the same issue and concerned that this is a Firefox issue that is intentionally being ignored (especially Sue's post from 2022 which was never responded to and was archived by Mozilla). It's also very inconvenient that I cannot chat or speak with an agent about this problem. We will be moving our office away from Firefox if this is not addressed promptly.

I and a number of colleagues are experiencing the same issue - we have only a few tabs open and get error messages from our Macbooks that we have run out of application memory. We have tried all of the recommended fixes (clear tabs, update versions, restart, etc etc) and nothing is working. It seems that I can have 50 tabs open and not get the error message that Firefox would send me with 5 tabs open.

Please let me know how to fix this problem ASAP

I have had Firefox for three days now, and I was trying to watch some videos on Netflix, but I got this error that the DRM was not installed. I did not have any plugins installed or VPN on either. I was looking for steps to solve this but came to a dead end. I tried looking into the console, and it gave me errors with turning off/on the DRM. I would like to get some help with this.

I have downloaded Firefox 117. I am currently on Firefox 102.15. So I want to transfer my bookmarks to the new version, as well as some recent history. I am unable to find these files to import when using Firefox 117. Also I says that version 102.15 is the most up to date version of Firefox. So this is confusing.

Every time I log onto my Shopify account it logs me out right away. This doesn't happen on other browsers. Has anyone experienced this? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but I've had no luck.

Last night I was on the 'Next.co.uk' website - I remember having to set up a new password because I had forgotten my old one, they sent a link to change it and then everything went wrong. I kept getting the message shown in the attached screenshot. This was on Firefox, tried Chrome and Safari using my Macbook Pro - same message came up again and again. Then tried my phone, same thing. Tried my husband's laptop, same again. I've read several articles but it's so complicated. I tried clearing the cookies & data for the website but it's still there. I'm not using a VPN.

I've also noticed a changed with my emails too, I used to be able to click on a link within my email and it would take me directly to a website but now I just get a blank firefox page.

Please can anyone help - I wanted to return an item to 'Next' but can't do it online as can't get onto their website.

My version of Firefox on one of my laptops goes screwy when I try to use the Lean library extension. this does not happen on other laptops. I've cleared the cache and redownloaded the softward but nothing helps. I'm switching to another browser on that laptop.

I can't get my emails. I keep getting a large box with this message. "Enter password for the account (my account name). Google requires completing authentication in your web browser". Underneath on the bottom left it says Cancel and on the bottom right it says Open Browser. When I click on Open Browser, as instructed, I get a smaller box with a wheel that just keeps going around. Under this smaller box on the left it says Cancel and to the right it says Open Safari. I do not use Safari. There is nowhere to click onto Firefox browser. Please help. Thank you.

When clicking a web link from the "Finder" (and Firefox is inactive/closed) a blank google search page opens. If Firefox is already open the desired link will open

Is there a hotkey which would allow me to grab a Firefox window ANYWHERE WITHIN THE WINDOW to drag its position on a Mac OS screen?

Otherwise there are only two tiny little areas upper right and upper left to grab the window without making a selection with the mouse.

I have tried for literal years to fix this problem so I can switch to Firefox, but haven't been able to get any help. I'm serious. I wanted to switch to Firefox back in 2020 and had this problem.

I've tried:

- Finding and adjusting any setting or preference that has to do with font size. It doesn't help.

- Uninstalling and deleting all of Firefox from my computer, then redownloading the newest version and installing that. This has happened over several versions.

I had to zoom in on this page just so I could type this, lol!

I'm attaching screenshots that show the problem. The top bar (the system font from my mac) vs. what I see in Firefox.

For reference, I have a macOS that's running Monterey v 12.2.1. It's a macbook air (13 inch).

Is there any fix for this? If not, is there another non-chrome browser you can recommend?

Thanks so much, since I know you're a volunteer and doing this just because you're a helpful person. And sorry to sound frustrated. I just have kept trying to fix this myself and had no luck!

I have 3 Gmail accounts that I like to keep open most of the time. I'm trying to migrate from Chrome, which lets me have different profiles in separate browser windows. How can I keep my different email accounts open? When I add one, the first one closes.

Since the most recent upgrade, Firefox does not open properly. If I have a link in another doc that is supposed to take me to its page, Firefox will open, but only to the home page. I have to click on the link again in order to get it to open the page that the link is supposed to open. This happens with links in things like a Pages document, and also with links embedded in emails. This is new behavior. Why is this happening, and is there a fix for it?

I am trying to install VPN for the first time on my MacBook Pro, 13.5.2 (22G91). I get the message VPN is on - No Signal - Check connection. I found the advice on troubleshooting and added Mozilla VPN by my Firewall, but it did not change anything. Now I am trying to reset Mozilla VPN by clicking 6 consecutive times in the Get Help to reach Developer Options, as adviced in your Troubleshooting article, but to no avail. What can I do?
