For over a month I have not been able to get on. I must take a selfie for identity, but my computer does not have a camera and I will never be able to do this. It is me and I want back on. Can you help me??

I can clearly see that the email address is the one I try to login with. how is that happen? can i get my data back?
BTW, I create the recovery key through the website. The problem is how I login my account in the APP.
