firefox recomended to download an extra but said I would have to turn off my virus protection to allow this (Kaspersky) as I have had a virus when it was turned off I am not prepared to turn it off again but need a solution for the problems I have been having apart from poor reception which is not the problem with the computer its with the carrier and the lines,both we are trying to have fixed
