3.6.13 on OSX.4.11, MacBook Pro

Recently started not-allowing a couple of my most-often visited websites to reload; one is a forum that I participate in daily - and have for several years - the other is a photography blog that I've been going to a few times a week for the past couple of years. For some reason, these two pages - and probably some others I have yet to discover - cannot reload.... the forum does not reload after I post, and the blog continues to be disallowed. In both cases, I click on the "allow" tab in the upper-right-hand-corner, but the behavior never changes.

These sites have been fine for many years, now, and suddenly they're more work to use. If this is a "feature" - ala Microsoft - I'll have none of it and will happily switch to Chrome if it'll stop this hassle.
