bookmarks not working

reorginized my bookmarks by clicking and dragging them where i wanted. now when i click on the bookmarks it goes somewhere else except where it is supposed to go.

i have been unable to find any files associated with that kind of extension. now what?

up date on last post and fix to problem. i deleted all! my bookmarks and then did another import from ie which only gave me the import from ie folder on my bookmarks. have been able so far sucessfully to move my bookmarks around in that folder without any problems. thanks.
