Firefox doesn't play any sound.

I've run Firefox without Private Browsing mode but Firefox still does not play any sound when a video is playing (IE and other web browsers don't have this problem).

1. I've tried to follow this link https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/695960?s=Firefox+doesn%2527t+have+any+sound.&as=s

2. I've followed this link http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/No+sound+in+Firefox?s=sound&as=s , fantastic! I can hear sound but unfortunatly I can only hear sound on this page (the other sites still don't have any sound).

3. I've installed plugins that you recommended. Microsoft Windows Media Player Firefox, Java, QuickTime, Shockwave, Silverlight, Flash ect. but I still have the problem.

This problem started when I updated to version 3.6.9 and now I use v.3.6.10. Before I did the three things listed above I uninstalled Firefox and then reinstalled it again (v. 3.6.10).

Please help me to solve this problem because I'm your fan, I don't want to change my browser.
