Shortcuts are grayed out and will not let me turn them on in settings

Well I'm trying to add my shortcut History to my home and when I go into settings and try to turn them on They are all grayed out and I am unable to find a solution to turn them back on

Do you mean that the whole "Firefox Home" section in the Settings is grayed out?
