Change primary email that is defunct

Please email or call me to fix. My old, initial, primary email is no longer accessible to I cannot cite the "code" that Mozilla wants me to cite... when I am trying to input a secondary email. So do I need to cancel my account and re-register, or can a staff member fix this for me (please)? [edited] @outlook.com (new, and only, email)

You would have to add a secondary email address and confirm this address while you still have access to the primary email address.

You will have to create a new Firefox Account with an email address you can confirm if you no longer have access to the primary email address.
