Autoplay Exceptions
Autoplay "allow" and "block" work fine as universal settings. But exceptions are not available: I can enter a website address, but there is no way to make it an exception. There is no "Allow" button or "Save" button.

You should be able to create the exception via "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions".
