there are 2 facebook accounts one is my original account the other is fraudulent and I can't recover my account or my blog account Boomer With A View. I just don'tknow where to go for help.
Created - Boomer With A View September 19, 2013 there are 2 Facebook accounts one is my original account the other is fraudulent and I can't recover my account or my blog account Boomer With A View. I just don't know where to go for help. No one ever helps me to get my account , friends, groups, messengers back. Please help me or tell me where to go to get help. FB does NOT help although there are 2 accounts with the same name. E.F. Coleman, Thank you.

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox and we will not be able to help. I recommend that you contact the Facebook support team for help with this.
Thank you for your prompt response not what Facebook has EVER done when they respond days later they act as if they don't understand what I'm reporting although I clearly state there are 2 Facebook accounts with the same name that should signal a problem and when I say one is a fake account they say NOTHING. Again thank you for responding.
