Since I started using Firefox Quantum, I can no longer make a tweet on Twitter. I am able to tweet if I use an extension, the mobile Twitter app, or if I use Chrome. When I try on Quantum it simply says "Your account may not be allowed to perform this action. Please refresh the page and try again." If I try to make a tweet with an image, it says "Uploading media failed! Please try again later." I do not get these messages on the mobile app or Chrome.
