My screen freezes up when I am in my Firefox browser and nothing works, not the refresh button, there is no ability to enter characters on the tool bar or in search boxes, my computer is rendered useless.  :( Firefox was my browser for 10 + years until this happened and I would really like to be able to have it as my browser again. I completed the last Firefox update but to no avail, my computer still won't run in Firefox, I have had to resort to Safari.  :(
