It's been two months now that my computer is showing crashing issues during internet sessions. The window turns grey with a not responding message displayed above the Title bar and the computer has to be turned off using the power switch and then turned on to keep it running. The autoupdate mode was enabled before hand so I tried fixing this problem by refreshing from the mozilla website. As a result the problem did not appear for about two days but it was back again. An acquaintance of mine who was experiencing the same issue said that switching over to a different browser (Chrome) resolved his problem. Is Firefox aware of this? What is causing this repeated crashing? I don't want to move to a different Internet browser and would appreciate anybody's technical suggestion about this.
