Web page getting refreshed automatically in a private window with tracking protection turned on.

I took a private window and turned on tracking protection. When I hit the URL , after few seconds the page got reloaded on its own. It is not happening for the second time when we are hitting the url in another private window.

Only occurring when you reopen the firefox for the first in a private window with a tracking protection turned on.

What could be the cause. Please help me on this.
