I have already asked this question but have not received an answer: I prefer Firefox, but I am having trouble with internet speeds. I have Comcast and get 10 ms, 16.26 and 6.09 using Firefox 46.0 on the Linux machine. With Opera I get 10 84.21 and 6.22 using the Speedtest for Xfinity. Firefox (47.0.1) on the Windows 10 machine gives me the following: 8 87.49 6.06 I am running Linux Mint 17.2 as operating system on the second machine. I have two; 1 Linux and 1 Win 10. What do I need to do to increase the internet speeds? I prefer Linux and Firefox, but cannot make it work at those speeds. Since I pay for the higher speed I want to be able to use it which means I use the Win 10 machine and Google.
