For the past few days, I can't access PayPal despite using different browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, and Maxthon). It won't load properly. It always say 'Secure Connection Failed.' I asked PayPal if they're having trouble with their site, but they say everything's fine on their end. I can access all websites except PayPal.
