I tried everything but I can´t find any update for Adobe Acrobat Plug-Ins. I think that there is some problems between Mozilla and Adobe.

Hi, it appears you have two different Adobe plugins. Let's track down and eliminate the old one.

In a new tab, type or paste about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter. This should load a very long page of information about all your plugins.

Use Ctrl+f to find acrobat and check the version number and location. I think you will find two:

  • The new plugin associated with the "DC" release of Adobe Reader: version 15.7.20033 -- keep this one
  • An old plugin -- for this one, check the "Path" to see where it is on your computer and, if there's no official way to uninstall it, I suggest going to that folder and renaming the file extension from .DLL to .OLD and see whether that resolves the issue.

Note: By default, Windows hides some file extensions. If .DLL is not visible, you can make it easier to rename files by switching Windows to showing ALL file extensions. The steps are in this Microsoft support article: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hide-file-name-extensions
