These are my crashes just since the latest FF upgrade...
Each new version of FF seems to be buggier than the last. I have crashes numerous times every single day. I've periodically restarted FF, I've made it so that Adobe Flash isn't automatically started unless I've already allowed it, I've upgraded my graphics program...this software just keeps getting worse. Is there anything that can be done about it, like For Good? Thanks.

hello, those crashes are related to hardware acceleration - please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).
in addition and as a separate issue - you appear to have a user.js file present in your profile folder which shouldn't be there unless you have created it manually, since this is often used by malicious software to overwrite your preferences. in order to address that, go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information > profile folder - "show folder", then a new window will open up. in this window look out for a file named user.js. in case it is present , delete or rename this file and restart firefox afterwards.
