cannot signin and have asked for link to change password and have not received it. I have requested at least 5 times!!!
I understand accounts setup before 2010 has to reset password, but it is difficult if you can't receive the link to get the reset done. Please can we get this taken care of. I have made numerous request for the link, at least 6 in the last couple of weeks!

Problem is now resolved
