Unable to install System Update on ZTE Open from Ebay

If you have the orange ZTE Open from Ebay the 13MB System Update will fail and will appear again after the reboot. This System Update notice is safe to ignore, but cannot be cleared. It is reported as a bug and is being worked on by parters, our apologies for this inconvenience.
