I cannot print from Firefox. It worked fine, and then stopped. I'm not sure what changed. It doesn't matter what printer I use. Even printing to PDF fails. No errors appear, and nothing shows up in the printer queue. All the other applications in Windows print just fine. It's just Firefox. And just for this one Windows user.

I tried clearing the saved printer settings in the about:support page. I tried refreshing Firefox. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. I tried uninstalling, removing the mozilla folder in %appdata%, and reinstalling Firefox. No luck.

The only time I can get it to print anything is to log into a different user account on this same PC. Printing from Firefox seems to work then.

It seems there is some user-specific printer setting/file/whatever that is messed up. I'm not sure what else to try.

It looks like firefox recently updated with new privacy features (great!) What's not so great is that now it forces me to log into gmail each time I open a new browser window (not great). I have several different accounts that regularly use so this isn't ideal.

I've tried adding both gmail.com and google.com as exceptions under the cookie settings (didn't work). I even went and turned off the "enhanced tracking protection" on every step of the gmail login page and my inbox. Still kicks me out once I open a new browser. Any help to remedy this problem would be great.

I not really sure what is going on but about 2 days ago I started having an issue where I have no sound within Firefox. I have tried using youtube, ign, other video sites etc. This affects my primary speakers which are set as my default audio device. When I use my headphones, I do have sound.

When I use any other application whether it is steam and the advertisements built into it for game trailers etc, GoG and i'm running a game, running another third party app for games, I have sound on all devices with no issues.

I have checked to see if my settings are mirrored for each device and cannot find any differences. When running youtube in Microsoft Edge and Firefox, my settings are the same but only Edge gets sound. I have tried doing all of this with and without addons installed for Firefox. I have also disabled VPN, tried PC restarts and a fresh install of Firefox.

While reading a PDF using Firefox PDF Viewer, I highlighted certain passages occasionally saving (using the print icon) for future retrieval. Later when I did re-open the file, none of my highlighting was visible. I have tried alternative browsers, various PDF readers, etc. without luck. I really do need that highlighting. Thank you

Hello, This is on Win 11, always latest updates to win and FF.

For at least the past 9 months saving anything (web pages, files, etc.) is incredibly slow. I have filed bug reports but nothing back. After starting the save the wheel rotates for 1-2 minutes before finally waking up and saving. FF is completely frozen until its done.

On a second win 11 box, the download are fast but flagged as download failed but the file was actually downloaded

Anyone know anything about this? Like why or how to fix it.

I'm switching to Chrome until this is resolved but I hate Chrome so I hope it will not be a long wait.

Somebody better answer me as I am about to switch my default browser from Firefox to something else. I have already asked this question but never received any response. For a long time now I keep running across sites that do not work on Firefox. It can be a streaming site such as Paramount+ or it could be my phone service site Ting. In all of the cases and there have been quite a few I am always able to find another browser the sites will work on. 9 times out of 10 they will work on Chrome but I have found at least one that does not work there but will work on Edge. So, right now Edge is the prime candidate to switch to. I do not want to quit as it would be a pain in the ass as I have been a loyal user for at least 15 years and have stuck with you as I believe in what you are doing and represent but it is becoming to much of a pain to continue using you because I like the convenience of using only 1 browser 99% of the time. When trying to use one particular website on Firefox, I get a message that I am blocked because of an ad blocker but I have not turned on any ad blocker in Firefox. How do I find out if an ad blocker is enabled on my Firefox and, if so, how do I turn it off? I have ensured that the ad blocker option in settings is unchecked and even added this web site to permissions but to no avail. Can someone help? Here is the message I get but none of the steps in this message I am told to take show up on my screen:

Ever since the last Firefox update that released, the Firefox on my home computer is extremely slow. Takes 5 minutes to load a page. I open Chrome or Edge and everything loads extremely fast no issues. I do not want to leave Firefox as it is my favorite browser and has been for many years. What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

When I browse, my browser lags on p.typekit.net for quite a while before moving on to my destination. I want to remove that lag and the browser going there first. How do I remove p.typekit.net from browser?

When I enter to the website it shows the labels of the cities, countries and all the elements on the map, until it finish loading, then everything desappears. So, after two second you have the map empty with the icons and roads but no name of city or any other element in it, it only happens when using Firefox.

Firefox Version 129.0.1 64 bit Windows 11. When I am in a New Tab, and I do a search (Google is my search engine) the results do not display. I type in search words, I hit Enter, and the screen does a very quick blip, and then nothing. This is very frustrating. I have wasted too much time trying to figure it out. It does not do it all the time, but most of the time. This started with the latest Firefox update. Is this a Settings issue?

When I enter a site like Sephora, Menards, Ulta, and Target I either automatically get an Access Denied error or get one when I try to navigate from the home page. These websites also either won't let me log in to an account or will immediately kick me out of my account after logging in. I've tried everything I could find online and nothing has helped. I am on the latest Firefox software.

Google is my default search engine in the address bar on firefox. When I search in the address bar, it just resets to the page that I am currently on and doesn't load the search. It does the same if I try typing 'google.com' or 'google.ca' but gmail.com seems to work fine.

If I type in a full website address for other sites (reddit, wikipedia, duckduckgo, etc) it works fine.

I deleted firefox all together and downloaded it fresh and reset to default settings. Right now I only have one extension and it's ublock origins. I've disabled ublock origins to see if that would help, and I'm still having problems.

The problem is inconsistent where sometimes if I type google.com it will take me there and other times even that won't work. Sometimes if I try changing the default search engine in settings and then switching it back to google, it will fix it for a few searches, but then I go back to having issues.

It just sort of keeps circling back to the same problem even if I can get it to work briefly. Re-opening firefox in safe mode clears the problem while it's in safe mode, but even with all extensions disabled, the problem keeps coming back when I'm not in safe mode.

Any ideas or fixes?
