Today I have installed Pocket on one of my Windows PCs in the Firefox browser. I got the symbol on the address bar and it works. Now I want to install Pocket on another PC, but I don't get the symbol. Without symbol I cannot use it. I can login to Pocket on the second PC and open saved URLs, but I cannot add Websites to my Pocket account. How do I get the symbol?

WSJ.com is unusable on this browser. I've cleared cookies/site data, as well as disabled adblocker. Every other website works fine. Every other browser loads WSJ.com with no problem. But on Firefox with WSJ, the website loads very slowly, only ever partially, and sometimes not at all. This has been a perennial issue. Thank you.

When I try to log into my bank now, I keep getting this message. I know it is a safe site but now I cannot log into my bank to get my banking done. Below is the message I keep getting. This is a Firefox problem. I can still log in with Chrome but I prefer Firefox. How do I fix this.

This crashing must stop...It is an annoyance that is troubling. 1st Reagan.com disappears (customer service), now constant crashing and not a word about fixing it, AFTER reporting it. Explain. Or lose a subscriber.

I use Google search and do not like the AI overview feature. In the Chrome, Edge, and Opera browser I've added an extension that blocks the AI. What I've noticed when I use FF I see no AI results when using Google search and I've not added an AI overview block extension. Is there something different about FF that prevents AI results from showing without the need for an extension? I look forward to your comments. Thanks

I wanted to sign in to my google account but the link under logging in is towards a help centre question about clearing cache. I can in no way log in to my google account on firefox. Can someone help me with this? Why do I have to enter my logins and passwords for my MSN, Outlook, Yahoo and myyahoo everytime I start up firefox? It is getting very annoying.

So I had no idea about your rules about keys and if I restet my password all of my synchronization will be gone. I am using the same device that I had for 4 years, but I did a factory reset. After re-installing Firefox, when logging in Firefox redirects homepage via some website not identified as the homepage website. Can several homepages, each one individually assigned to Mail, Finances, News, Video be saved and re-awoken upon startup as individual desktops or home pages ? I would like not to have to repopulate windows upon startup.

I think I know the answer to this question already, because all my searches come up empty, but is there a way to show the count of blocked elements on the shield icon? Obviously you can click on the shield itself and see, but I'd much prefer to display the info live similar to how uBO, AdGuard, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, Disconnect, et al do it.

If that ability isn't available yet, is there an official method to put in a feature request? I doubt I'd be the first one making the request, but perhaps I can add a vote for it to become a reality. ETP has to be about 10 years old at this point, it's surprising that option wasn't added a long time ago.

I have an account on a website I visit near-daily. Despite having both cookies for this website persist and the password supposedly saved, the last three times I've visited the website I've been logged out and the password is nowhere to be found. Having to switch between my password manager and browser is annoying beyond description.

(That's actually not true. I have quite a few choice descriptors for this program, but have chosen to omit them)

Now when signing into my email Outlook account, jjeuler@msn.com, I get the message after the Stay Loged in Page, in the upper left corner "Too Many requests"! Reboot and going to other sites does not correct this. I can go to any other page and do not get this. I do have in my saved password file the long Firefox Reset Key. Using it though my loose all my book marks. What steps do I need to do to eliminate this problem? I can sign into my Outlook email account instantly with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Now after waiting for a while, the email page opened. Could this be the volume of CPU processes that are ongoing. I will check on Task Manager to see. At times when first booting CPU goes to 100%. Now it is at 24%. James

On Win11.64, I noticed some weeks ago Firefox refusing to automatically open sites. I’ve also sites telling me that JavaScript is disabled. But javascript.enabled = true, in settings. I’ve renamed the folder to Firefox.old, and installed a fresh copy—though then ported bookmarks, etc. Same issues. I’ve cleared the cache. Same issues. Firefox in Private Window mode works fine. Any kindly help would be appreciated. Thanks

Trying to get on twitter, doesn't matter how I approach it I get redirected to a page that tells me my browser is not supported. Firefox is very much still listed as a supported browser.

Went through previous help discussions about this problem. I have made firefox forget twitter completely, and I've added it as an exception to enhanced tracking, neither of which have resolved the issue. I'm still only able to get to a page telling me my browser is not supported. It was working fine two days ago.

Any other suggestions?

Hello, I have just reinstalled Windows on my PC and when I logged into my Firefox account, none of the data I had synced up. I lost all my bookmarks, accounts, logins, etc. Is there any way to get them back?

Hi, Thank you for your help My two devices are connected and recognize each other. The bookmark sync works somehow but seems frozen 6 months ago. The new macos : 13.1 with firefox 131 The old mac os :10.11 and firefox 78 I don't understand and can't sort it out.

Cannot clear browsing history. Delete page does not work. Clear recent history does not work.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I think it automatically imported everything which was not desirable in this case.

Do not have account or sync so it is not pulling from either of those places
