Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

Since this morning, I haven't been able to access Bsky on my laptop because of a supposed HSTS risk, which means I can't add an exception to visit it. I use Firefox on my Android and going to the mobile version of the website lets me in no problem, so I assume there's an issue with my laptop.

I'd usually wait a few days and let it solve itself but just in case it's something on my end, I'd like to solve it! I'm on 151.0.4 (64-bit), don't use a VPN or an anti-virus, I have a couple of privacy add-ons but they've been here forever and they've never caused a fuss. I can post a screenshot of the error code and the certificate it sends me if it's any help.

I'd appreciate any pointers! Thanks!

MacOS, M2 2023, fully up to date firefox.

Sometimes I'm using firefox and it just stops loading pages, internet is fine. Other browsers work. I look at my activity monitor and nearly 100% of my 32GB of ram is being consumed by various firefox processes. A lot of those processes seem to be associated with youtube. This problem usually, but not always, is resolved by restarting firefox. But this shouldn't be happening. I have a lot of tabs open sometimes, but it's not that excessive. And most certainly not 32GB worth and preventing my computer from doing a google search.

If there's a debugging thing I can do to post system logs, let me know and I'll post them next time this happens. I'll be away from my computer until early July, so around that time.

I have explored every option and find it is the latest FF update that has effected the web performance of both my Desktop and laptop. Both are running Windows 1O. Incredibly slow connectivity and some sites either time out or simply won't connect. Very frustrating. Please advise. Tks

This is the reply I received from Protonmail: They say the latest version of Firefox caused the issue and is happening on other services as well. We have been using FF exclusively for decades and this is frustrating! Are you in fact working to resolve the issue on your end? Thank you.

I recently kind of changed companies however I am in the same industry. These companies both have accounts with the same manufacturers/vendors. I am still doing contract work for the old employer so i need to keep the login credentials saved. I would like to have it when I launch the bookmark that they saved default login is the new company and not the old company. This is a 90/10 use rule if that makes sense. Thanks

My cursor doesn't show an 'image preview' anymore when I hover over a tab even though I still have it checked in my settings. It always did until a few days ago, but now it doesn't & I haven't changed anything.

Some times ago Firefox internal VPN button appeared and this function was very useful. But yesterday this button disapppeared. My location is Russia. I want to return this button back.

Hi, I have tried all the changes to settings etc but still cannot load certain web pages, i just get a white screen, The pages I cannot load are things like: Facebook Discord Amazon Seller Central Payment screens

I am facing a recurring issue while browsing websites on Firefox. This happened even before the latest upgrade. Only it is worse after this last software upgrade.

After using the browser for 1–2 minutes, the browser gets stuck or becomes unresponsive. While scrolling through websites, the full page does not load properly, and parts of the webpage suddenly become blank. In many cases, the existing tab cannot even be refreshed. I have to close the program, wait a few minutes and reopen. Very frustrating. I have been using Firefox for many years and this is the most unstable I have ever seen it. I'm fed up with firefox. It seems almost every update deletes old passwords or creates new profile (which effectively deletes the passwords!)

I've tried looking at about.profiles which seems pointless - the active profile does not have my passwords and the inactive profile does not have them either.

If you can't secure passwords what's the point of your browser??

I'm moving to another browser which can guarantee the security of my passwords.

Meanwhile, I must visit every site I use to reset my passwords - what a chore!!!

I am trying to use the free VPN in my browser. I have requested IPs in multiple countries and so far all work except the U.S. When I request a U.S. IP address a check shows I am in Chile. When I travel I need a U.S. IP address. What is the issue there?
