In my settings under Connected Services there is a list of devices that have signed into my firefox account. I do not recognize one of them. The Connected Service listed name is Firefox Mobile 126, Android 14. How can I find out where this is coming from?

Firefox recently 'crashed' on my desktop PC. It asked me to restart in safe mode or restore to the original state. I chose to restore. This meant that I had to re-add all of my add-ons and log back into my favourite sites as my log-in details had disappeared. I got everything back to normal eventually, except for one very important site. I am now no longer able to log on to my bank website to review my accounts. I get an error message on the site saying " Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." I have never had this problem before. I am able to log on successfully on my tablet, and also via a different browser on my desktop PC. I'm not a tech expert so this is very frustrating. I've tried clearing cookies/cache/data in the settings but no success. I really need to access my bank accounts on my desktop as I find this easier. Hopefully you can help as I don't want to use a different browser.

The website mylotto.co.nz has been blocking Firefox for many months now and when I rang them to find out what the problem is they just say they are having problems but it was obvious that the person there was reading a script and fobbing me off. This has been going for many months now a problem would have been fixed by now. I would like to know if you can bring pressure to bear on them to get reinstated again. When I try to access Developer Community from Visual Studio 2022 ('Send feedback' 'report a problem') the banner displays with selection items but no content is displayed. This has been a problem for several months (years maybe). I now have a problem that I cannot solve and I need to report it and I cannot if content is not displayed.

Video in Firefox does not run .. no error messages .. nothing. It works fine in other browsers. When I click on the video .. nothing happens. It used to work but not now and I don't think I've changed anything.

previously I added bookmarks to a menu bar at top of firefox. Now I have a bar that displays 2 bookmarks than a >>. I cannot expand this limited display or create a menu to display bookmarks though I can see them by clicking on the >>. Non of the menu suggestions is a fix.

Does anyone know how to control this and get me a more useful bookmarks menu display?

Hi. I am getting vertical lines sometimes. I have included two screen shots. I have checked browser.display.document_color_use = 0, and it was zero. I have tired this in Chrome and it works fine. And I tried in Firefox safe mode, and it still does these strange lines on some websites. I am running Windows 10, and have no other graphic issues except these lines. Websites are Windy.com and google maps. Thanks very much! James

A recent Firefox upgrade eliminated my toolbar "History" Icon. I want it back. Please do not suggest a three stroke keyboard alternative. Thank you.

Hello Firefox community and thank you for your time and effort. Let me begin by saying I used to have this same issue with MS operating systems until I said goodbye to MS and went to Linux on one laptop and got a Mac for streaming and graphics. Here is the issue: MS had so many background processes running constantly, regardless of what I was using the machine for, that I regularly experienced crashes, warnings and slowed responses on my Windows machines. No matter how vigilant I was about settings and stopping processes and keeping system clean, I would regularly have to replace the fan on my machines as the constant overheating would eventually kill the fans. That has not been a problem since I made that switch away from MS. Until now. I keep clean machines and keep them updated religiously. But with the latest few Firefox updates the problem is now back on both my Linux built Lenovo and my MacBook Pro, especially the Mac. That regularly shuts down after an hour of streaming use. When I hear the fan constantly struggling and feel the machines heating up I check the background processes and find that Firefox has at least four running processes eating up resources. Force stop does not fix the resource hogging; by the time it is apparent and I respond the machine is already overheated and shuts itself down. Last night I started searching and found a (very) recent thread about this same issue. Most of the participants were attributing it to recent updates. If this is the case is there any effort to fix this? I would hate to have this issue completely destroy my older (but still heavily relied upon) MacBook with this constant mechanical challenge since I cannot afford to replace it. Please can you fix this problem. It is an old and exhausting struggle I thought I would not have to deal with again. If my assumption of the source of the problem is inaccurate do you have any suggestions? Thanks again, Jerri

A couple of months ago I discovered that I no longer have the ability to edit, delete, or dismiss a shortcut from the home page of my desktop. I did read that the 3 dots will appear if I hover over a shortcut. I tried that several times on different shortcuts but the 3 dots never appeared. Is there another way to edit, delete, or dismiss a shortcut? Or even better is there a way to restore the 3 dots?

I cleared my cookies, cache, history and data like I was told to when I connected a new router so all of my shortcuts have changed. A few that are there now I don't want and I do want to add several new ones.

Never had this problem before. I get the same message when attempting tp access Home Depot.

I visited about:support for the first time today, and I notice a list of Add-ons I was unaware of (i.e. I did not installed these), and I have questions.

Some of these made me think about the search shortcuts I see in Firefox's search setting:

Are these preinstalled in the Firefox browser? What is their function? Are the search shortcuts and these add-ons associated?

I've been banging my head against a wall trying to figure this one out. Every time a video plays on youtube, reddit, etc it will show normal colors for a split second then it will darken it and wash out the colors. Not sure what is causing this.

Things I've tried: gfx.color_management.native_srgb to true in about:config Changing video settings in nvidia control panel Turning off hardware acceleration Restarting browser and PC Updating browser and video drivers, windows as well Turning off all extensions Trying with codecs both deactivated and reactivated

No other browser does this and ALSO when I run firefox in private mode it doesn't happen and videos run normally. Also when I try to record or take a screenshot of it it looks normal. Thank you for any assistance.

My FF version 126.0.1 browser history file size is stuck at 10,240 KB. Until recently it was 54,000 KB and change. I would like to get it larger. I've tried all the recent help postings relating to places.history.expiration.max_pages, places.history.expiration.transient_current_max_pages, browser.history_expire_days, browser.sessionhistory.max_entries or browser.sessionhistory_max_entries, and so on. Nothing seems to be able to change the "places" file size. Anyone have any more info on this topic?

Every half hour the browser freezes and turns off, this did not happen in previous versions of the browser, some bug was made during the development of the update, it is necessary to fix the bug and release the update

Due to a recent major security breach I started changing all of my passwords on my main desktop, I did not have sync on at the time. I then opened up my work laptop (again unsynced) and decided I should really use the sync feature to transfer my 500+ passwords onto my laptop for when I travel.

When I got home that evening, I turned on the sync feature on my main desktop, unfortunately it pulled all of my compromised passwords from my laptop and overwrote the ones on my main desktop. Is there anyway to restore my pre-sync passwords and ensure that they get transferred to my laptop instead please.
