It is possible to display or hide the Bookmarks Toolbar (Menu/View/Toolbars/Bookmarks Toolbar) - but when displayed it is an empty grey bar. It is not possible to drag favicons from the navigation panel to the toolbar - the 'not allowed icon' (circle with diagonal bar) is displayed. If the Bookmarks Toolbar is accessed from the Bookmarks Button (Bookmarks/Bookmarks Toolbar) three items are shown - 'Most Visited'; 'Getting Started' and 'Latest Headlines' - so why don't these appear on the enabled toolbar?
