Firefox continually locks up, other browsers work fine

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search What security software besides MS Defender are you running? Can’t Firefox tell if it locks up multiple times and offer suggestions for remedy. I am not a techie, these apps need to do more for the day to day user. Until they do, I’m moving on.
