Did you open the Password Manager and confirm the data is gone?
In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
If you use cleanup software like then check the settings for the Firefox application.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

for sure, i open password manager and there i miss for some records (webpages, login, pass)., not all, but for some. I mean, not all, just for some records. Yes, i always can copy my list to txt etc, but - why i need then firefox's sync ?

i don't use. Btw, i it cleans, it cleans all records, not for some. And what about safe mode ? I can be always in safe mode :)

Are you using sync?
I can be always in safe mode :)
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.

I understand, what is safe mode, but i can use FF always in safe mode. The records lost is unpredictable, it can be today, or it can be after one month.

If you have sync, and there is a problem anywhere, Shut Down Sync Immediately On All Devices to prevent the problem from spreading. Once the problem is fixed, perform the same repair on all computers before using sync again.
But i'm using my acc only on my own device - computer.
Then why are you using sync? Sync is not meant as a backup. Shut it down for now.
in case if my windows will crash or etc, i can restore all my ff settings, logins, bookmarks. Not ?
If it's the computer and not the hard drive, your data should be safe. If the hard drive crashes or gets corrupted, then you have problems.
The best thing you can do it to use a separate external hard drive to backup your files.
