Hi Firefox Support / Dev Team,

I am writing regarding an issue with Firefox Nightly on Android.

The Problem:

I use Firefox Nightly v134 as my daily browser (134.0a1 - Build #2016052927). I really depend on the bottom navigation bar shortcuts because it has dedicated Back and Forward buttons next to the + button. This allows me to go forward and backward instantly without opening the three-dot menu, which is extremely convenient.

Recently, Cloudflare verification (challenges.cloudflare.com on sites like wallhaven.cc) stopped working in version 134. Every time I check the "Verify you are human" box, the page refreshes and asks me to check the box again in an endless loop.

Version Comparison:

Firefox Nightly v134: Has the custom bottom navigation shortcuts (Back & Forward buttons directly accessible), but Cloudflare verification is broken (endless verification loop).

Firefox Nightly v155: (155.0a1 - Build #2016178399) Cloudflare verification works, but the bottom bar layout/shortcuts changed and no longer displays the Forward button shortcut.

My Request:

Is there a fix for the Cloudflare verification challenge on version 134?

Or, if v134 is deprecated, could you please add the option to customize/restore the Forward button shortcut on the bottom navigation bar in version 155?

For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. The screenshot image (of a random "live" video I found) I am uploading shows a partial black circle in the center, which is a spinning circle in realtime. I have circled it in red.

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

okay this just is bad as of today and last Firefox update and with all extensions off . this is what i got when i tried to post and watch a video. it happens on all the videos on Facebook i have tried contacting them as well and that is an almost impossibility it is only in Firefox they work in chrome and edge i even tried reinstalling Firefox ans still get bland black screen I have tried turnoff extension and still this is what i get

I have two gmail accounts and have saved both on my bookmark toolbar. Today, the email that has the http address "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox" gives me nothing but a blank screen. The other, which has the http of "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/2/#inbox" operates just fine. I am able to open and access the first google account on my android phone or by using google chrome. I am only not able to use it on the firefox platform.

Any suggestions?

This is a bit difficult to explain, but I'll do my best.

Our company uses NetIQ Identity Manager, which we access through a web browser. I primarily used Firefox until I had to switch to another browser because of this issue. The problem only occurs in Firefox; I have tested several Chromium-based browsers, and none of them exhibit the same behavior.

On a specific page within the application, there are two panels: one displays a list of users, and the other displays details for the selected user.

The issue is that Firefox does not show a separate scrollbar for the user details panel. Instead, it only scrolls the page based on the height of the user list panel. As a result, when the user list contains fewer entries than the amount of information displayed in the user details panel, Firefox is unable to scroll through the entire details section. The hidden information still exists and becomes visible if the browser window is resized to be taller.

When the user list contains enough entries to make that panel taller than the user details panel, all user details are displayed correctly and scrolling works as expected because the entire page can be scrolled.

In Edge and other Chromium-based browsers, both panels have their own scrollbars. The scrollbar for the user details panel is only displayed when necessary, such as when the amount of user information exceeds the available space, but scrolling works correctly in all cases.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, the page is hosted on our company's internal network, so I am unable to share it.

The issue first appeared at the end of February this year. I believe I was using Firefox version 148 at the time. Prior to that, the problem did not occur. I am using Windows 11 and have tried the troubleshoot mode, which did not help.

After the latest Firefox update, I'm unable to connect to my router's IP address, 192.168.1.254. Other IPs on my system are fine, it's just that one which won't work. Nothing appears on the page, it's just blank and the little dot to the left of the tab never stops jiggling left and right. All that said, I can connect to the address using Chrome. I thought of checking the "Don't use HTTPS-only" setting but the settings menu has been changed and that particular option has disappeared. Any ideas?

I would like to link firefox with wild tangent games. Right now my games are not launching and I was wondering if it's because I changed browser from chrome to firefox?

when i go to my website on firefox it says "Secure Connection Failed" but it loads fine on safari. i've never seen it do this before. Is this a firefox issue?

Yesterday (August 10) I tried logging into my account on Domini Funds (https://uportal.ultimusfundsolutions.com/app/dominifund/#login). My login worked okay, but only half of the site's menu loaded and none of my account data loaded. There was just a white circle with a blue streak orbiting inside. After 60-90 seconds of this display, I aborted the attempt to access my data.

I tried logging into the site again today after I had been prompted to download and use a new version of Firefox. The same result: log-in was successful, but only a partial menu loaded and none of my account data was loaded. The orbiting blue streak ran for 60 seconds before I gave up and aborted.

I then tried to access the site using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and everything displayed as expected. I had a full menu displayed and I could view and interrogate my account data.

I only visit this site 3-4 times a month. My last visit was on August 1. Everything displayed properly then.

after the new version of firefox update my home page which i have always had Newsmax.com does not load says problem loading page i have tried several times and it will not load. it works in Google chrome so why not in Firefox

235 Hello, my bank updated its online banking service, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. It works with Edge or Chrome but not Firefox. I never keep my browsing history and have cleared the cache, so why can't I log in?

The website fortunesultimateslots.com stopped letting me login on 8-3-26. I had been going to that site daily with no problem. No other website has stopped working on Firefox.

That site works for me on Edge but I would rather use Firefox.

I sometimes sell items on sites such as eBay. When I try to copy and paste the picture (from my Photos) is just a weird symbol. If I go to a different computer it works! If I go to a different browser it works! When I open a weather App the radar is all washed out with different colors. What's the issue?

I can not log in to home depot website because it won't send me the verification code. No other website gives me this problem and I can log in with Chrome.

I'm seeking support to try to resolve an issue that has recently started happening. I can't be the only one who is experiencing this, so if this is resolved others can benefit too. I'm not a complete novice, but neither do I claim to be an I.T. expert.

I use my ISP's webmail service to access my emails. I'm aware I could use an email client, but I prefer to access via a web browser and have done so for many years. About a week ago, I was no longer able to sign in to my webmail. I thought it may be a problem with my provider, so I checked using other web browsers - Safari on iOS which worked and Microsoft Edge (using the same internet connection, same desktop PC) which also worked and continues to work without issue. I can only think it must be something wrong with Firefox? I can access the sign in page as normal using Firefox and select my email address, but after attempting to login I always get the same error message:

Sorry, we can't sign you in just now

Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe.

Instead:

   Use a device you've signed in on before
   Try again from a familiar connection
   If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

I have 2 extensions installed in Firefox - Adblock Plus and Ghostery. I have already added the specific URLs to the allowed websites list (first is the sign in page, second is what it redirects to):

mail2.virginmedia.com oauth.virginmediao2.co.uk

I have searched around for possible solutions, to no avail. Virgin Media advise only signing in on their main home page, but I've never done this as its just another step and extra unnecessary clicks. I don’t want to constantly be bombarded with news, offers and promotions every time I want to check my email, so I only use the direct webmail sign in.

I have tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Then I tried to refresh Firefox, none of which worked. I also tried uninstalling Firefox, then using CCleaner to perform a clean up and registry scan to fix any possible issues, followed by a clean installation. To my surprise, I was able to sign in to webmail OK. However, the next morning, I got the same error. The only other settings I have tried tweaking is adding exceptions to turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and "Block pop-ups and third-part redirects" on those 2 web addresses.

Any suggestions or options to try would be appreciated.

I am unable to log in to Facebook. I enter my email and password (both correct) then another page comes up asking me to log in. I click on log in and a verification page appears and disappears before I can click the "I'm not a robot" button. It then gets stuck in an endless loop. Incidentally, it keeps trying to log me in on a Facebook business page. What's that all about? Grrr.
