Once a while Firefox would freeze up and when that happens it would without fail reboots the phone if the phone goes to sleep and if I don't force close the app quickly. It might've done so anyway without putting it to sleep but I haven't tested leaving the screen on long enough. I noticed that if I was quick enough and force stop the app the phone doesn't reboot, but that window is really short. Maybe 2 seconds or so. Suffice to say force stopping didn't always work since the window is so short. When Firefox freezes other apps and phone functions work normally. It's been ongoing for a while through multiple updates. I see some people have already reported this same issue here. Can Mozilla fix this please? I have uBlock origin addon installed thanks. Also this never happened with my Pixel 3 phone which I was using up until a few months back so maybe it's pixel 6a specific. Alot of people have this same issue with pxiel6a from googling. It can freeze on any site I visit but one example is reddit.

On android playstore, I am getting a message that a firefox update is available. But there is no description about the update. How to find out authenticity of an android app firefox update and its version and reason for the release.

Being a decade user of Firefox I must say that I started to hate it because the last editions hide the choice for enabling or disabling javascript. The stupid comand "about:config" leads nowhere and all previous answers are absurd. Why Mozilla decided to hide the option " turn on / turn off" javascript? It turned a previously great navigator into a stupid user unfriendly useless software. I use the internet for over 40 years and Firefox has always been my favourite. What obscure financial reasons made developers decide to hide the simple option of earlier editions? Please put back the "on/off" option for javascript. Untill then I'll use Chrome.

I just update Firefox on my Samsung Tablet, and it was a terrible mistake. Not only did it lose all of my bookmarks, but now I can't open separate tabs. Yes, it SAYS it still allows tabs, but be real - if I can just click on it, it's not a 'tab' it's another window. I use tabs precisely because I don't want to spent my valuable time hunting for the window I need.

I tried several ways to downgrade, and none of them worked. Can someone please help me revert to the last version of Firefox that had real tabs, not this stupid 'Tab Tray'? I'm pretty sure the the book marks issue is hopeless, since I have no interest in syncing my computer and my tablet, but an suggestions on that would be welcome too.

addons how can i add external add-ons in iceraven like i have the crx files as well as zip files for the addons but u tried to add it it shows irrelevant.

When will import and export be a full part of FF ???? I have bookmarks that I want to move from FF to FF Beta and can't. WHY isn't there aa import export ????? WHEN will will it be a part of the product??? I've seen so many requests for this here and on GitHub, yet no resolution. WHY?

I have been watching YouTube videos on firefox android and have been clicking ful screen and landscape has been fine. Then over night a few days ago, it stopped. When I turn the phone to landscape, the video sound is playing but the video is blank, with no picture. It is fine in normal portrait just not when I click full screen when it was working.

I've cleared the cache and history, I've even unistalled Firefox and reinstalled it twice, once from the play store and once as the apk but to no avail. I have also disabled adons, tried the picture to picture, and autoplay but nothing works.

Any help to rectify and return my viewing would be appreciated.
